Full Job Description
For this U.S. based position, the total expected compensation range is $120,000 - $170,000 per year, which includes base salary pay and yearly short-term compensation incentive. The MCB Optimization Engineering Manager (Chapter Leader is the term we use Internally) will be a member of a cross-functional team that provides general management and technical direction for the MCB Optimization team for H&D LoB and ensures Business needs are fulfilled through the technical competency of the team. Roles & Responsibilities • Responsible for people management including resource planning, hiring, training, goal setting, performance management, competency development, recognition, engagement, and well-being to deliver business objectives, guiding them to anticipate difficulties and address associated risk while keeping customers at the core of the strategy. • Leading a team of mechanical engineers to maintain the circuit protection offer. • Overseeing the Technical function for Miniature Circuit Breakers product. • Informs general Management of technical problems, in particular concerning industrial and technological modifications. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as Global Supply Chain, Procurement, Product Owners, Scrum masters, to ensure offer maintenance. • Overseeing team for on time delivery of PEP full track & light track projects and effective use and adherence to project development and product evolution tools and processes. • Optimize YoY 3rd party certification metrics on legacy product offers. For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
