This is a full-stack engineering role where you will:
- Build scalable backend services and APIs
- Develop user-facing web applications and agent tools
- Contribute to AI-powered platform capabilities, including orchestration layers and automation systems
You will work on workflow systems, automation platforms, and UI experiences that improve agent productivity and customer outcomes.
This is a hands-on IC role:
- ~60-70% coding/design (frontend + backend)
- ~30-40% reviews, collaboration, and operational excellence
You'll own features end-to-end (UI 12 services 12 data 12 actions).
Must-Have Qualifications- BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 4-8 years of full-stack software development experience
Backend:
- Strong proficiency in Java (11+) and Spring Boot
- Experience building REST APIs and distributed systems
- Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging systems
- Experience with SQL + NoSQL databases
Frontend:
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with React, Angular, or similar frameworks
- Experience building responsive, performant web applications
- Understanding of API integration and async UI patterns
General:
- Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
- Strong testing practices (unit, integration, frontend testing)
- Solid debugging and problem-solving skills
Additionally:
- General familiarity with AI-assisted development concepts (LLMs, prompts, agent workflows)
- Interest in building and evolving AI-powered systems such as orchestration layers, automation agents, and intent-driven workflows
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with customer support or workflow systems
- Familiarity with state management (Redux, etc.)
- Exposure to observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk)
- Experience with OAuth2/OIDC and secure application design
- Exposure to AI/agent-based systems, including:
- prompt engineering
- orchestration frameworks
- tool/agent integration patterns

- Write high-quality, well-tested code across the stack

- Participate in on-call rotations (follow-the-sun model)
- Collaborate with Product, SRE, and cross-functional teams
- Review code, write design docs, and improve engineering practices
- Reduce tech debt and drive operational improvements
- Mentor junior engineers or lead small workstreams
Additional DetailsThe base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:
$98,000 - $173,600
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
