About the Role:Triunity Software is looking for a talented ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team in Minneapolis, MN. Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, modules, and platform enhancements
- Configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, and client scripts
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub
- Perform platform upgrades, patching, and ongoing maintenance to ensure system stability
- Create and manage ServiceNow reports, dashboards, and performance analytics
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within the ServiceNow environment
Requirements:- 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scripting within ServiceNow
- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams
- Detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement
Compensation: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
