Overview

The SVP, Human Resources is the executive leader responsible for shaping and executing a global people strategy that drives business performance, organizational scalability, and a high-performing, inclusive culture.

This role serves as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team, balancing business outcomes with employee experience to enable a motivated, engaged, and empowered workforce

The SVP brings deep expertise in global employment practices and leads the development of scalable HR strategies, frameworks, and programs that support organizational growth and effectiveness.

This role partners across all levels of the organization, including senior executives and global teams.

Min required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Administration, Org Development, or similar field.

Preferred: Master's degree or equivalent experience (10+ years)

Span of Control:

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Oversight: This role will have both direct and indirect reports.

Roles/ Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Executive Partnership

  • Define and execute a global people strategy aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and operational priorities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on organizational design, workforce planning, and leadership effectiveness
  • Drive alignment between talent strategy and business performance, ensuring scalability and organizational readiness


Culture, Leadership & Employee Experience

  • Champion a high-performance, people-first culture grounded in accountability, inclusion, and engagement
  • Shape and evolve the employee experience across the full lifecycle to attract, develop, and retain top talent
  • Coach and influence senior leaders to strengthen leadership capability, team effectiveness, and organizational health
  • Lead people strategy in support of organizational growth, transformation, and change initiatives


Global Talent & Organizational Effectiveness

  • Lead enterprise-wide talent strategies, including leadership development, succession planning, and capability building
  • Oversee global compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business performance, including governance of pay practices, benchmarking, and compensation frameworks
  • Drive organizational design and effectiveness to support growth, transformation, and evolving business needs
  • Establish data-driven insights and workforce analytics to inform decision-making and measure impact


Employee Relations & Risk Management

  • Provide executive oversight of employee relations strategy, ensuring fair, consistent, and risk-informed practices globally
  • Navigate complex organizational and people-related challenges with sound judgment and a balanced, business-oriented approach
  • Ensure compliance with global labor laws and proactively mitigate organizational and people-related risks


HR Operations, Governance & Infrastructure

  • Establish and govern scalable HR frameworks, policies, and programs that drive consistency and operational excellence across the organization
  • Oversee global HR operations, systems, and vendor partnerships to ensure efficiency, scalability, and strong governance
  • Lead HR-related financial planning, including budgets for compensation, benefits, and people investments
  • Ensure effective governance, internal controls, and alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives

Qualifications

Minimum required:

  • 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with increasing scope and accountability
  • 5+ years leading global HR functions across multiple regions
  • Experience leading HR through periods of growth, transformation, or organizational change
  • Demonstrated success managing complex employee relations environments
  • Strong track record of building trust with employees and leadership teams
  • Experience coaching executives and managers on leadership, communication, and conflict resolution
  • Significant experience designing and implementing HR programs and frameworks at scale

Preferred:

  • 10+ years in a senior management or executive role.
  • Experience with developing/implementing/managing hybrid/remote workplaces and employees.
  • Experience developing/implementing/managing strategies for a geographically dispersed and remote teams
  • Private Equity experience beneficial.
