Responsibilities - Author production-grade front-end code and reusable Google3 components across Web (TypeScript, HTML5, modern CSS, Web Animations API) and Native Mobile (iOS/SwiftUI and Android/Jetpack Compose).
- Build Live Experiments (LEs) and interactive sandboxes that validate user feel, frame rates, and latency under real-world LLM streaming conditions.
- Develop and maintain mo.co.labs tooling, pipelines, and frameworks that empower partner teams, uplevel cross-functional craft, and dramatically shorten the design-to-implementation timeline.
- Systemize motion tokens, container transforms, and fluid transition frameworks into the Search Design System (SDS) for scalable governance.
- Provide technical leadership on ambiguous 0-to-1 interaction explorations, partnering across UX, SWE, and Product teams.
