Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
  • 3 years of experience architecting distributed systems, infrastructure or agentic systems.
  • Experience building and deploying agentic AI systems.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 3 years of experience with abuse detection.
  • 3 years of experience with AI algorithms.
  • Experience with Generative AI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to apply on complex issues.

  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
  • Work across the stack from building AI models, to performing experiments, improving quality, building infrastructure and tools, etc.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, testing, and impactful problems at the intersection of technology, automation, user protection, and AI.
