Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, particularly in B2B, B2C, or SaaS environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing systems thinking over just visual design.
• Hands-on experience with AI design tools (e.g., Figma AI, Cursor).
• Proven ability to conduct user research including recruiting and facilitating sessions.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript for effective collaboration with engineers.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the design system and component library, establishing UI standards for the team.
• Define UX guidelines and frameworks to ensure design quality enhances scalability.
• Lead user research initiatives, translating findings into actionable product insights.
• Collaborate with product and engineering on cross-product feature development, balancing trade-offs while advocating for the user.
• Rapidly prototype and validate new concepts in line with AI-driven development.
• Coach and mentor designers on best practices amidst the evolving landscape of AI.
• Take designs from wireframe to production-ready, potentially coding them as needed.
