Job Description

Serves as a senior subject matter expert responsible for complex operational coordination, operational oversight, risk management, and strategic advisory support. Leads high-priority initiatives, synthesizes complex information for senior leadership, strengthens cross-functional alignment, and ensures operational activities are executed in accordance with policy, mission objectives, and organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination and oversight for complex cases, programs, or mission areas requiring senior-level judgment, cross-functional alignment, and sustained stakeholder engagement
  • Assess operational risks, policy considerations, information gaps, trends, and emerging issues; develop recommendations that support leadership decisions and mission outcomes
  • Produce executive-level briefings, operational assessments, decision papers, reports, and strategic communications for senior stakeholders
  • Advise leadership and cross-functional teams on operational requirements, documentation standards, process improvements, and policy interpretation
  • Drive coordination across internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues, deconflict priorities, and ensure timely execution of critical activities
  • Establish, refine, and promote best practices for information management, reporting quality, operational tracking, and stakeholder communication
  • Provide coaching, technical guidance, and quality review for junior and mid-level Case Mgmt. Officers
  • Represent the function in senior-level meetings, working groups, reviews, and planning discussions as needed


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Intelligence Studies, Risk Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in insider threat, behavioral threat assessment, investigations, intelligence, cybersecurity, executive protection, counterintelligence, fraud, law enforcement, military, government, defense, financial services, or corporate security
  • Complete knowledge and understanding of business area/specialization
  • Extensive experience in operations management, case management, intelligence support, policy coordination, program management, or a related field
  • Advanced ability to synthesize complex information, evaluate risk, develop actionable recommendations, and brief senior leaders
  • Strong knowledge of applicable policies, operational standards, compliance requirements, and stakeholder coordination practices
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex workstreams, improving processes, and guiding others in a high-accountability environment
  • Exceptional written communication, executive briefing, analytical thinking, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
