Job Description

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Executive Assistant to join our Client Coverage team. This role is located in New York City.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
  • Manage a complex and dynamic calendar for the Head of Client Coverage, coordinating internal and external meetings across multiple businesses, seniority levels, geographies and time zones. Exercise sound judgment in assessing priorities, urgency and appropriate use of the executive's time, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and anticipating necessary preparation, transition and travel time.
  • Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements, including complex, multi-destination overseas trips. Develop clear and detailed itineraries, manage logistics and transportation, anticipate potential disruptions and provide responsive support before and throughout each trip.
  • Create a seamless and highly professional day-to-day experience for the executive by anticipating needs and managing logistical details with exceptional care. Ensure schedules are practical and appropriately paced, account for movement between locations and offices, coordinate meals and refreshments, and incorporate thoughtful touches that support the executive's effectiveness and well-being.
  • Partner closely with the Chief of Staff and members of the broader Client Coverage leadership team to facilitate effective decision-making, meeting preparation and follow-through. Serve as a trusted point of coordination, exercise discretion in resolving routine matters without requiring executive involvement, and maintain productive relationships with senior executives, clients and their support teams.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
  • Significant experience supporting a senior executive in a complex, fast-paced and highly visible environment; experience within financial services, a global corporation or another sophisticated professional-services organization is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities, with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, operate with urgency and accuracy, anticipate needs and adapt quickly as circumstances change.
  • Strong judgment, executive presence and interpersonal skills, with a highly developed understanding of organizational seniority, business priorities and confidentiality. Must be comfortable interacting professionally with senior executives, clients and internal and external stakeholders.
  • No direct people-management responsibilities are anticipated; however, the successful candidate must demonstrate leadership through influence, ownership and collaboration. The role requires close partnership with the Chief of Staff, sound independent decision-making and a willingness to provide and receive candid guidance in support of the executive and the broader team.
