Job DescriptionWe're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President AI Strategy Lead. This role is located in New York City.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Support AI Hub strategy development by converting enterprise priorities into defined strategic themes, use cases, roadmaps, milestones, and execution plans.
- Work with business and technology stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, decision gaps, and operating inefficiencies that could be addressed through AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, or data-enabled solutions.
- Structure ambiguous AI opportunities into clear problem statements, value hypotheses, target outcomes, scope, dependencies, risks, and recommended next steps.
- Develop use cases and business cases that assess business value, implementation cost, technical feasibility, control requirements, adoption potential, and delivery complexity.
- Define KPIs, OKRs, adoption measures, benefit-tracking approaches, and performance reporting to connect AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.
- Support strategy for AI-enabled platforms, digital employees, knowledge capabilities, workflow automation, process reimagination, and continuous intelligence.
- Conduct market research, peer benchmarking, internal discovery, and emerging-technology analysis to inform AI Hub priorities and strategic recommendations.
- Create concise executive presentations, decision memos, portfolio updates, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Risk, Governance, Finance, and business teams to align strategy with feasibility, controls, funding, and execution capacity.
- Maintain portfolio-level visibility across initiatives, including priorities, milestones, value commitments, dependencies, risks, decisions, and leadership actions.
- Support governance and adoption readiness by incorporating data availability, responsible AI expectations, human oversight, change management, and control requirements.
- Independently lead discrete strategy workstreams while operating within the broader direction and priorities established by AI Hub leadership.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred (Strategy, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related fields).
- 6-10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, product strategy, or analytics/AI strategy within large enterprises (financial services a plus).
- Strong problem structuring, analytical, stakeholder-management, and executive-communication skills.
- Experience developing business cases, roadmaps, KPIs, or strategic recommendations.
- Exposure to AI, GenAI, automation, enterprise platforms, or financial services is preferred.

Base salary offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is only part of the total rewards package, which may include eligibility for an annual discretionary incentive award. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, eligible employees may enroll in a 401(k) plan as well as participate in Company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance plans for the employee and the employee's eligible dependents.
