Job Description

The Senior Associate, Executive Office partners with the CEO Office team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations for the CEO. This role manages end-to-end travel, strategic calendar alignment, leadership offsites, and the preparation of briefing materials, acting as both advisor and hands-on executor to uphold BNY Mellon's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end CEO-level travel logistics, optimizing time and impact.
  • Partner with the CEO Executive Assistant to manage strategic calendar alignment.
  • Liaise with BNY events team to plan and execute leadership offsites and CEO events.
