What You'll Do: - Design and build scalable components for a multi-tenant SaaS platform
- Own features end-to-end - from design and development to deployment and production support
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to solve real customer problems
- Conduct code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and elevate engineering standards
- Implement robust observability and monitoring across services
What You Bring: - Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience owning full-stack features in a SaaS environment from concept to production
- Strong commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high ownership and minimal bureaucracy

- Hands-on use of AI-powered development tools to improve productivity
