What is the opportunity?

  • Technical Strategy & Platform Modernization - Contribute to technical planning and delivery for the portfolio management and client reporting applications: translate product priorities into executable work, identify modernization opportunities, balance delivery velocity with maintainability, and collaborate with architects and platform teams to align solutions with enterprise standards.
  • Full Stack Development & Delivery - Architect, implement, test, and operate advisor-facing Angular frontends and backend services using Java/Spring Boot and Node.js;deliver production-ready code, automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end), and reliable deployments.
  • AI-Enabled Engineering - Use and contribute to AI-assisted workflows (LLMs, code-assist tools, prompt templates, CI checks) to accelerate requirements synthesis,scaffolding, code reviews, automated test generation, and documentation while ensuring human validation, security, and traceability.
  • Identify and socialize reusable AI capabilities (domain skills, plugins, prompts, workflows, guardrails); obtain technical leadership alignment and drive adoption for secure, consistent delivery.
  • Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to improve software quality, accelerate delivery, and modernize legacy platforms.
  • Ensure alignment to established governance and best practices for responsible AI adoption, ensuring compliance with enterprise security, risk management, and software engineering standards.
  • API & Integration Design - Design and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs, microservices, and integrations with messaging (e.g., Kafka) and caching (e.g., Redis), ensuring contract-driven development and backward compatibility.
  • Modernization & Cloud-Native Practices - Containerize and deploy services with Docker and Kubernetes; implement CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code, DevSecOpspractices, and platform best practices.
  • Observability & Performance - Instrument services for logging, metrics, and distributed tracing; analyze and tune performance to meet SLA and user experience targets.
  • Security & Compliance - Apply secure coding standards, implement authentication/authorization (OAuth2, OIDC, JWT), and collaborate with security and risk teams to ensure compliance.
  • Collaboration & Agile Delivery - Work within an Agile product team to plan, estimate, manage dependencies and risks, and deliver incremental value with regular feedback loops.
  • Mentoring & Knowledge Sharing - Coach and mentor peers, share patterns and playbooks, and help raise team engineering standards and productivity.
  • Operational Readiness - Create runbooks, health checks, and automated alerts; participate in on-call rotations and support production incidents to ensure operationalexcellence.


Must-Have Qualifications
  • 8+ years professional software development experience building web applications and backend services.and .NET (backend) experience; proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript.

  • Practical experience with authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth2.0, JWT, OIDC) and certificate management.
  • Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release management.
  • Practical experience integrating AI assistants into development workflows.
  • Hands-on experience using AI models or integrating ML/AI capabilities into applications.
  • Strong communication skills and experience working in Agile teams.
  • Strong Angular (frontend) and Java Spring Boot
  • Practical experience designing, building, and operating agentic AI frameworks for developer tooling or product features, including orchestrating LLM-driven agents, tool invocation, planner/actor patterns, and retrieval-augmented workflows. You should have implemented end-to-end agent pipelines (prompting, tool integration, state management, retries/fallbacks), instrumentation (logging, observability, and audit trails of agent actions), and safety/validation layers (input/output sanitization, guardrails, approval gates, and model evaluation).
  • Experience with agent frameworks or libraries, integrating external tools/APIs, and embedding agent CI/CD, cost controls, and governance into development lifecycles is required.


Nice-to-Have
  • End-to-end UI automation testing (e.g., Cypress, Selenium, Playwright).
  • Experience with reactive, event-driven, or message-oriented architectures.
  • Deep experience in microservice design patterns (circuit breakers, resiliency, discovery, observability).
  • UX sensibility and experience collaborating closely with design teams.
  • Proven ability to build AI-powered tools and prototypes independently (personal projects, hackathons, GitHub).
  • Strong track record of AI-assisted development demonstrated by personal projects or hackathon results.
  • Familiarity with SaaS monitoring and analytics tools (Dynatrace, Google Analytics, Firebase, LaunchDarkly, WalkMe).
