Job Summary
The Senior SharePoint and Power Platform Developer will independently design, develop, implement, and support automations and solutions for business and team requirements using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform. The role will support SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, M365 Groups, Planner, and other Microsoft 365 applications while handling service requests, incidents, enhancements, and small projects. The developer will work closely with technical leads and stakeholders throughout the solution lifecycle, including development, testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities
• Independently implement automations for business and team requirements using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Manage solutions throughout the complete development and implementation lifecycle.
• Fulfill service requests and resolve incidents primarily related to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Support M365 Groups, Microsoft Teams, Planner, and other Microsoft 365 applications.
• Design, build, and enhance Power Platform solutions integrated with SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner, and related Microsoft 365 services.
• Perform packaging, exporting, importing, and deployment of Power Platform solutions across different Power Platform environments.
• Work closely with the SharePoint Lead, M365 developers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and follow established support and enhancement processes.
• Assist with testing, troubleshooting, and defect resolution to support smooth transitions for end users.
• Document technical configurations, migration steps, and deployment procedures.
• Apply appropriate Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and governance practices.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture for project development.
Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of hands-on experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Strong development experience with Power Apps, including SharePoint-integrated, Canvas, and Model-Driven Apps.
• Strong development experience with Power Automate and cloud flows.
• Experience with Power Platform solution lifecycle management, including packaging and deployments.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration and Power Platform Admin Center.
• Experience with Microsoft Teams and Groups administration.
• Experience with Microsoft Planner administration.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams, M365 Groups, and Microsoft Planner.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and governance concepts.
• Strong design and architectural understanding of application and project development.
• Strong development skills.
