Full Job Description
As a Senior Sales Contract Administrator at MKS Instruments, Inc., you will be an integral member of the Photonics Solutions Division Sales organization, supporting key customer accounts and partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Manufacturing teams. This role offers visibility across the business and potential for leadership growth. In this position, you will report to the Senior Manager, Sales Administration.

You Will Make an Impact By:
• Maintaining new and existing customer orders, including expediting orders, preparing quotes, proactively contacting customers, setting up new customer accounts, and supporting Key Account Managers
• Communicating weekly order changes, including pull-ins and pushouts, to operations and manufacturing teams
• Partnering with assigned Account Managers to ensure purchase orders align with approved quotes and contractual terms
• Maintaining and coordinating bookings while consistently keeping the planning team informed and up to date
• Ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the order-to-cash process
• Supporting cross-functional collaboration to meet customer commitments and business objectives

Skills You Bring:
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration and/or customer service within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and timely follow-up are critical
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with SAP is highly preferred
• Experience with Salesforce and Ariba is a plus

Compensation and Benefits:

Total Base Pay Range: 75,175.00 - 100,000.00 USD Annual, based on qualifications, experience and training, operational and business needs, and other considerations permitted by law.

Bonus: This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, in an amount to be determined by MKS (or as applicable).
