The Role
As a Senior Resource Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering effective, transparent, and data-driven resourcing across the Canada business. Sitting at the intersection of people, projects, and commercial priorities, you will support staffing decisions, optimize utilization, and help ensure the right people are deployed to the right opportunities.

You will work closely with consulting leadership, account teams, Recruitment, Finance, and HR partners to balance supply and demand, while supporting a positive and engaging experience for our consultants.

What You'll Do
  • Own deployment strategy and staffing decisions across competing priorities, balancing utilization, revenue, delivery needs, and consultant experience.
  • Drive optimal workforce outcomes by minimizing bench, reducing revenue leakage, and ensuring continuity of delivery.
  • Lead resourcing governance and execution, ensuring consistency, data integrity, and adherence to staffing principles.
  • Translate workforce insights into action by leveraging forecasts, utilization trends, and demand signals to guide staffing direction.
  • Act as a senior escalation point, resolving complex staffing conflicts and enabling effective trade-off decisions.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders(Partners, Account Leads, Delivery Leadership) to align talent deployment with business priorities.
  • Provide clear visibility into capacity and risk, including bench trends, roll-offs, pipeline demand, and skill gaps.
  • Align hiring strategy with demand, partnering with Recruitment and Operations to ensure targeted, data-driven hiring decisions.
  • Continuously improve resourcing operations, identifying bottlenecks, strengthening processes, and driving scalable solutions.
  • Lead and develop Resource team, setting direction, elevating performance, and building team capability.

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in resource management, workforce planning, or consulting operations in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Proven experience making staffing or workforce decisions that impact utilization, delivery, and revenue.
  • Demonstrated people leadership, with the ability to coach, prioritize, and elevate team performance.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of supply-demand dynamics, forecasting, and utilization management.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions and business decisions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including with senior leadership.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently, manage ambiguity, and drive outcomes.

The salary range for this position is listed below. Additionally, this position may also be eligible to receive an annual discretionary/variable bonus payment.
