Full Job Description
What You'll Do
  • Play a critical role in ensuring seamless alignment between product management, engineering, customer support, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • Improve product delivery processes, support product launches, gather feedback, and maintain a high standard of operational excellence across the product lifecycle.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer insights through multiple channels and through data analysis, transforming insights into actionable items on the roadmap.
  • Identify areas where team effort doesn't align with the core business strategy and customer needs.
  • Examine customer experience at the global level in conjunction with product analytics teams.
  • Segment user data and extract insights from analysis.
  • Review end-to-end customer product experience.
  • Streamline and continuously improve product development and launch processes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and document the norms and standards for tool use within product management, and build processes for critical repeat tasks.
  • Coordinate critical aspects of product launch.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5 years of progressive experience in a Product Operations, Technical Program Management, Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy or a related role in a high-growth SaaS company (defined as any series C / D / E company that has at least 20% growth in the last year).
  • Work experience to include: (1) 3 years of experience as a Developer, Quality Engineer, Data Analyst, or technical software engineering role. (2) 2 years of experience leading operational change in cross-functional teams for a 200+ engineering member organization, including release management, operational process design and implementation, and building scalable solutions. (3) 2 years of experience with product management and development tools, including Redash, Postman, Github, Looker, Jira Product Discovery, and Cursor.
  • Any and all experience may be gained concurrently.
  • 40 hours/week.
  • Salary: $166,421 to $226,910 per year.

Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. For roles based in Bangalore, employees currently work in the office three days a week and will transition to five days per week by the end of the year.
