Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Fabric Lead / Lead Data Engineer with 8+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Data Platforms, including 2+ years of hands-on Microsoft Fabric implementation experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Purview, data engineering, enterprise data platforms, and infrastructure automation, along with the ability to troubleshoot, support, and deliver enterprise-scale data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, implement, and support enterprise-scale data solutions using Microsoft Fabric.
• Develop and maintain solutions using OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Fabric Data Engineering capabilities.
• Configure and manage Fabric Workspaces, security, and access management.
• Implement and maintain data governance, data lineage, metadata, and data catalog capabilities using Microsoft Purview.
• Develop data engineering solutions using Python and PySpark.
• Implement infrastructure automation using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Microsoft Fabric data engineering and enterprise data platform environments.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable data solutions.
• Support the ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of Microsoft Fabric implementations.
Required Qualifications:
• 8+ years of overall experience in Data Engineering and Cloud Data Platforms.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Fabric.
• Strong hands-on experience with OneLake, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, and Fabric Data Engineering.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Purview, including Data Lineage, Metadata, Data Catalog, and Data Governance.
• Experience working with Fabric Workspaces, Security, and Access Management.
• Strong Python and PySpark development experience.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Experience developing and implementing enterprise-scale data solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting and support experience with Microsoft Fabric solutions.
• Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills.
Certifications:
• Microsoft Certified: Fabric Data Engineer Associate (DP-700) - Mandatory.
