Full Job Description
What you’ll be doing You're excited about building products in the digital world and want to join a team of ambitious, like-minded digital enthusiasts. The Digital Product Delivery team is responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing digital banking (mobile, online) and our eCRM platform with capabilities that address business objectives and ensure an optimal client experience. Reporting to the Chapter Lead, you’ll partner closely with the Product Owner in leading & developing the vision for the product iterations, being a voice of the client when establishing priorities, understanding needs of various stakeholders (line of business, legal, risk, security, finance) and ensuring alignment across the product team for each iterations. You continuously enhance delivery practices by identifying improvement opportunities, introducing scalable ways of working, and coaching teams to strengthen backlog quality, delivery effectiveness, and cross-squad execution. You demonstrate strong leadership, strive for collaborative environments and are able to balance assertion and patience along with perseverance. How you’ll succeed - Lead refinement sessions and maintain a prioritized Product Backlog – Introduce advanced story slicing & refinement techniques to continuously maintain user story readiness, surface dependencies, flag & remove blockers. Coaching teams on effective story slicing, prioritization, and delivery readiness - Develop & refine user stories and collaborate on product requirements - Using best practices, curate user stories with testable acceptance criteria. Setting standards and guiding cross-functional partners in creating clear, testable, scalable delivery artifacts. Continuously elevate the quality of user stories and product requirements. - Influence delivery outcomes across complex initiatives - Managing competing priorities, optimizing release planning, and maximizing enterprise ROI in collaboration with technical leads & PMs - Ensure each iteration delivers expected result - Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and releases, and support in creating the best ROI on the development effort with the project manager and technical leads - Drive end-to-end solution integrity– Connecting business needs and enterprise architecture across multiple squads and delivery states closely with solution design teams and BSA defining clear functional specs and translating business requirements into target state - Serve as the internal/external subject matter expert on the product - Act as the lead for product related questions working with senior stakeholders including business controls, change management, technology and release management - Lead testing and release readiness for complex initiatives - Ensure testing of product capabilities and features during release (Including Pilot and UAT testing), recommend testing signoff to the Product Owner - Strengthen delivery governance and compliance practices - Embedding regulatory requirements into delivery patterns ensuring they support audit requirements while ensuring agile excellence Who you are - You're digitally savvy.
