Overview/Purpose:The Senior Manager, GCM Banking is responsible for the execution of credit and transaction workflows across a portfolio of Global Capital Markets counterparties. The role focuses on delivering high-quality credit analysis, timely approvals, and transaction support, ensuring all activities are aligned with internal policies, risk appetite, and regulatory requirements. This is an AIP position.

What You'll Do:
• Credit Execution: Lead preparation and delivery of credit submissions (new deals, renewals, amendments), including financial analysis, structuring, and risk assessment.
• Approval Management: Drive the end-to-end credit approval process with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Transaction Coordination: Partner with trading desks, Risk, Legal, and Operations to execute transactions and onboard new counterparties.
• Documentation: Support negotiation and review of agreements (e.g., ISDA, GMRA, GMSLA), ensuring consistency with approved credit terms.
• Portfolio Monitoring: Maintain ongoing oversight of client exposures, including annual reviews, limit management, and risk tracking.
• Execution Oversight: Manage multiple concurrent deliverables, ensuring strong turnaround times and high-quality outputs.
• Controls & Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk frameworks (including AML/ATF and conduct risk).
• Process Improvement: Identify and drive efficiencies across execution workflows and internal coordination.

Work Arrangement:
