Full Job Description
As a Senior Level Designer at Ubisoft Montreal, you will take ownership of mission creation from prototype to final polish. You will work closely with narrative, artificial intelligence, realization, animation, audio, and art teams to turn creative intentions into fluid, intuitive, and memorable gameplay experiences. In this role, you will contribute to missions that rely heavily on interconnected systems, visual scripting, and narrative integration to support strong player agency and layered gameplay outcomes.
