Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a financial analyst, ideally in FP&A
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related analytical field
• Proficiency in EPM planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Vena, Hyperion, Anaplan)
• Familiarity with ERPs and CRMs like Netsuite, Intacct, or Salesforce
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
• Fundamental understanding of financial statements and their interactions
• Strong organizational, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT and Copilot

Responsibilities

• Validate and reconcile monthly time tracking data against billing and revenue records
• Analyze monthly variances to forecast and budget, providing actionable insights
• Support the overall budget and forecasting processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Analyze operational metrics to inform service leaders of financial performance drivers
• Identify and help implement process improvements for accuracy and efficiency
• Ensure accurate reporting by understanding data flows across multiple systems
• Provide monthly consolidated financial reporting to corporate finance and leadership
• Serve as a key business partner and contact point for services team financial inquiries
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses as needed
