Qualifications

• Four or more years of financial analyst experience, specifically in FP&A is preferred
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or another Analytical Field
• Experience with EPM planning tools (Adaptive, Vena, Hyperion, Anaplan, etc.)
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems (Netsuite, Intacct, SFDC, etc.)
• Strong user of Microsoft Excel
• Fundamental financial skills and knowledge, including understanding of financial statements
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly validation and reconciliation of time tracking to billing and revenue data and resolve issues
• Analyze monthly variances to forecast/budget and provide insights
• Support the budget and forecasting processes on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Analyze services operational data to understand financial performance drivers
• Identify and help implement process improvements for efficiency
• Understand data flows across multiple systems for accurate reporting and insights
• Update existing financial models for real-time revenue forecasts
• Provide consolidated reporting to corporate finance and leadership with performance commentary
