Job Summary

As the Senior Executive Assistant to our SVP of Product Management, you will provide comprehensive, high-level administrative support, acting as a key partner in the SVP's success. You will engage with senior executives globally, manage complex scheduling and projects with the highest level of discretion and efficiency. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can anticipate needs and collaborate effectively to support the broader executive team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the SVP's complex and dynamic calendar, strategically prioritizing meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate and execute all aspects of intricate international and domestic travel, including logistics, itineraries, and timely expense reconciliation.
  • Plan and execute critical meetings, including leadership offsites and team All-Hands, by establishing agendas, coordinating logistics, and ensuring effective follow-up.
  • Proactively collaborate and exchange information with other Executive Assistants to ensure aligned and seamless support across the entire leadership team.
  • Support the SVP with key communication tasks, including drafting, editing, and distributing memos and announcements to various internal stakeholder groups.
  • Manage special projects from conception to completion, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Navigate the procurement process to ensure timely and accurate processing of purchase orders, invoices, and contracts for the SVP's office.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-level or SVP-level executive in a fast-paced, global organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing complex calendars, global travel, and event planning using Google Suite (G Suite).
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to convey a professional image and represent the organization effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a demonstrated ability to address multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience working within a high-growth technology or cybersecurity company.
  • Experience supporting a technology executive.
  • A highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective and take initiative when working independently.


Compensation Disclosure

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below.
