  • Guide system design decisions to ensure reliability, scalability, and data accuracy
  • Partner with product managers and designers to define technical solutions that meet customer needs
  • Review and improve engineering processes to increase code quality and delivery speed
  • Coach engineers through regular feedback, career development planning, and performance management
  • Drive 01 Product Launch: Own the end-to-end development and architecture of the custom, white-label Trump Accounts platform, building the initial front-end experience and scalable infrastructure
What you bring
  • 5+ years of leading engineering teams and managing direct reports
  • Strong background in building and operating distributed systems at scale
  • Ability to guide technical decisions and evaluate tradeoffs across system design options
  • Experience working on financial systems, payments, or account-related platforms (preferred)
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate with product and design partners
  • Greenfield Engineering Expertise: A proven track record of scaling early-stage systems from 01, combining deep technical execution with the agility needed to launch secure, user-friendly consumer applications under tight regulatory standards.
  • This position is restricted to US citizens or lawful permanent residents.
