About the Role

Curinos is seeking a Senior Engineer, Data Engineering to partner with our clients and internal teams to design, implement, and operate the data flows that power our industry-leading SaaS solutions in Deposit, Lending, and Marketing Analytics & Optimization. Our Decision Intelligence platform enables financial institutions to optimize product strategies, marketing investments, and customer engagement to maximize Customer Lifetime Value across consumer and business portfolios.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Client Success and Technical Success teams to onboard clients onto the Curinos platform. You will assess client data architectures, map them to Curinos capabilities, and design scalable, standardized integration solutions. You will also play a key role in ensuring ongoing operational excellence, including data ingestion accuracy, transformation pipeline reliability, metric computation efficiency, and outbound data interface development.

Base salary range is $100,000 to $110,000 (plus bonus)

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines capable of processing large, complex datasets
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL performance to ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in ETL, data exchange APIs, data mapping, and data cleansing.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code across all layers of the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client onboarding and platform enhancements
  • Provide production support during business hours as part of an on-call rotation
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, ticket grooming and release activities


Desired Skills & Expertise
  • Hands-on Experience with modern big data technologies such as HDFS, Spark, and Databricks.
  • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and toolsets, including Python, Databricks SQL,and YAML
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data modeling
  • 2+ years of experience working with big data platforms
  • Experience supporting production systems and resolving operational issues.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, intellectually rigorous environment
  • Experience working within an Agile/Kanban development process

Preferred Experience
  • Familiarity with third-party marketing and CRM platforms(e.g.,Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to evolving technologies
