Responsibilities Design high-impact experimentation strategies - Own outcome design for programs onboarded onto the platform - Ensure experiments are structured to maximize learning and business impact - Defineoptimalaudience strategies aligned with campaign and business objectives - Partner withclient'smarketing teams to develop differentiated creative strategies that drive engagement Build best-in-class measurement frameworks - Develop and own performance measurement frameworks for programs running on the platform - Deliver clear reporting, deep insights, and actionable learning from experimentation results - Translate complex data into clear performance narratives for stakeholders Tell the value story of personalization - Continuously craft and deliver the narrative around the platform's value and impact - Communicate insights that influence marketing strategy and investment decisions - Help evangelize the role of data-driven personalization across teams Collaborate with Data Science to drive optimization - Partner closely with the Data Science team to co-develop and refine optimization models - Help translate businessobjectivesinto modeling and experimentation opportunities - Contribute to the evolution of the platform's learning and decisioning capabilities Turn customer insights into action - Analyzecustomer behavior and engagement signals generated by the platform - Identifypatterns and opportunities that inform marketing strategies - Drive actionable recommendations that improve customer experience and performance Desired Skills & Expertise - Aself-starterwho thrives in ambiguity and enjoys building new capabilities from the ground up - Someone who is energized by working at the intersection ofdata, experimentation, and marketing strategy - A strong storyteller who can translate analytics into compelling business narratives - A collaborative partner who enjoys working closely withmarketing, product, and data science teams - Someone excited aboutshaping how personalization evolves at scale If you're passionate about using data to drive smarter marketing and better customer experiences, this is an opportunity to make a significant impact.
