Position Responsibilities: - Provide Business Systems Analysis function by working closely with Global Treasury Cash Operations and technology teams to support process re-engineering, automation, data transformation, system enhancements, configuration, testing, implementation, and production support. Define and refine business requirements and technical specifications to deliver effective technology-enabled solutions that meet business needs.
- Closely work with the technology teams to explain and clarify the technical specifications and rationale to help create solutions that would meet business needs.
- Proactively identify, plan and execute automation opportunities leveraging Gen AI, Agentic AI and other low code tools (Power platform, Alteryx etc.)
- Act as SME and Consultant to Treasury Operations and BU teams to identify opportunities to address business issues and alignment with Treasury strategies
- Communicate effectively to all levels of the management to report project status and critical issues requiring their attention
- Create and maintain thorough and accurate project documentation (including functional and technical design specifications) according to the project management methodologies
- Lead testing by preparing required test plans/matrices and executing functional and system integration testing of the application
- Project manage small to medium initiatives (as required) according to the established project management methodologies
- Support ad-hoc analysis to identify root cause of production problems and develop timely solutions
- Steady state maintenance and enhancement of existing production tools / processes
- Interact professionally with clients and business areas to provide a high quality of service.
Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in leadership role supporting business systems analysis function involving process re-engineering, transformation, and automation
- Hands-on experience working with technology teams for developing system solutions
- Exposure to and/or working knowledge of Gen AI and Agentic AI based solutions
- Experience with citizen developer tools like Power Apps, Power BI, or Alteryx
- Sound exposure to working with EDL and creating reporting dashboards
- Capability to independently learn new systems / technology
- Exceptional analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills
- Able to translate issues and problems into effective business solutions
- Ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
- Aptitude to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and manage ambiguity
- Strong organizational skills (ability to prioritize and work on multiple tasks with competing priorities)
- Comfortable analyzing and organizing large volumes of data

Salary range is expected to be between$73,725.00 CAD - $122,875.00 CAD
