JOB SUMMARY

The Bayshore Specialty (BSRx), Senior Business Analyst is responsible for the overall capturing

of business requirements as it relates to BSRx application operational change requests, as well

as planning, managing and delivering projects with our customer departments within BSRx . The

Senior Business Analyst will focus on understanding strategic goals and operational

requirements in order to build patient journey orchestration solutions using Microsoft Customer

Insights.

This person acts as the business matter expert and liaises with BSRx, and Bayshore Information

Technology group to ensure release deliverables are met. The Senior Business Analyst will

leverage their critical thinking and troubleshooting investigation skills to business test new

application functionality and solve operational application issues.

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for system configurations and maintaining InfoBay

program documentation.

As well, the Senior Business Analyst acts as the business project lead and business

representative on specific BSRx IT related projects to perform requirements gathering and sign

off, project coordination of activities, timelines and scope creep, and the coordination of business

resources required to complete user acceptance testing.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Gather, analyze, and map business requirements from stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Design, develop, and implement customer journey orchestration using Microsoft Customer Insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Segment customers for targeted marketing campaigns and provide a unified view of each customer by integrating data from various sources.
• Ensure robust security features to protect sensitive customer data.
• Map and automate processes using the Customer Insights platform, reducing manual intervention.
• Manage patient communication preferences, track consent, and improve compliance and audit processes.
• Create and execute test scripts for new application functionality and solve operational issues.
• Validate and test application changes, providing feedback to stakeholders and IT developers.
• Document application changes, training guides, work instructions, and release notes to support application validation.
• Act as a business point of contact for level 1 application support and manage escalations to IT.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Manage risks, evaluate change requests, and deploy solutions to issues as they arise.
• Support team members and clients in application changes.
• Track and resolve issues, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Lead Change Advisory Board meetings to manage the application release process.
• Provide progress updates to the Business Applications Manager.
• Establish and manage relationships with customer business and project stakeholders.
• Escalate issues to management when additional help or resources are required.
• Complete other tasks as required by management.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3-5 years' experience working with clinical teams to develop and implement application changes
• 2-4 years' experience documenting business requirements and articulating those requirements to I.T. professionals or implementing requirements as citizen developer using low-code Microsoft products
• 1-2 years' experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, and Microsoft Customer Insights or other marketing platform (HubSpot, SF Marketing Cloud, MailChip, Survey Monkey)
• Understanding of basic SQL or entity-relationships
• Experience working with Microsoft SharePoint, Project, Excel, PowerPoint
• Bachelors or College Diploma, Business Analysis experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in healthcare project implementations and specialty pharmaceuticals is an asset
• Experience with Use case diagramming, workflow and business analysis documentation
• Experience with and an understanding a variety of roles within Patient Support programs, Specialty pharmacy, Reimbursement services also an asset
• Nice to have - basic knowledge of JavaScript, CSS and HTML.
