Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in business analysis or a related field
• Strong analytical skills with experience in gathering and documenting requirements
• Proficient in preparing business requirements documents (BRD) and functional requirements documents (FRD)
• Experience in stakeholder management and communication between technical and business teams
• Deep understanding of Banking and Financial Services processes and systems integration
• Familiarity with user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation processes
• Ability to create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and delivery of requirements
• Prepare detailed BRD, FRD, user stories, and process documentation
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business requirements
• Utilize banking domain knowledge to enhance communication and solution development
