Senior Brand Manager

Advertised Posting Location: Greater Toronto Area

Shift:

Employment Type: Permanent Full Time

Compensation: 100 300$ to 130 520$ per year, Bonus 10%, Insurance and Pension plan

  • Define and lead the national brand strategy across Canada, taking into account provincial specificities (Quebec and Rest of Canada), multiple distribution channels, and market expansion strategies.
  • Design and execute integrated national marketing and media plans (360°), including digital strategy (social media, website, newsletters, and AI tools), retail media, budget management, campaign performance optimization, KPI tracking, and ROI analysis.
  • Manage the brand and product portfolio, including new product launches and packaging optimization.
  • Analyze market data and consumer insights (BI, NielsenIQ, Circana, Numerator) to develop recommendations that inform strategic decision-making and optimize performance. Deploy consumer research and testing as needed.Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners, including negotiation and management of contractual agreements.
  • Develop and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations with brands and influencers.
