  • Participate in after hours support rotation for production issues

The Role
  • To provide service and support to bank employees for:
  • Database ID Provisioning supporting Environments: Oracle; Sybase; DB2; Postgres; MySQL; Cassandra: Mongo
  • Unix ID Provisioning Supporting Environments: AIX ; Linux ; VIOS ; Solaris ; HMC ; ESXi
  • Responsible for carrying out day-to-day operations in support of identity and access management.
  • Responsible for meeting established targets for service delivery levels
  • Required to maintain productivity, system integrity, and to aid other team members as required.
  • Required to report to management on the status of the system of internal controls with recommendations for remediation of risks.


What You'll Do:
  • Day-to-day operations of Identity Lifecyle management (Add\change\delete) within supported environments.
  • Support auditor access to and reviews of Bank management's self-assessment working paper files.
  • Participate in auditor examinations and walkthroughs of internal control design and operating effectiveness of IS&C owned processes.
  • Participate in the process to investigate, escalate, and track control deficiencies, review action items and security breaches ensuring action items and remediation plans are regularly stated and tracked to closure.
  • Participate in audit reviews and resolutions and provide counsel on IT controls and processes.
  • Provide input to improve IAMO Logical Access Control processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with 2nd and 3rd level support when applicable and provide recommendations to management with regards to resolution.
  • Escalate all high priority issues affecting availability, customer impact and user impact to the Senior Manager
  • Participate in after hours support rotation for all production related issues and change requests
  • Complete Work / Tasks as assigned within defined Service Level Agreements


What You'll Bring:
  • 1-3 years of hands-on software development experience (internships/co-op experience considered)
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript and modern web development concepts
  • Hands-on experience with ReactJS
  • Exposure to backend development using Node.js
  • Basic understanding of REST APIs and client-server architecture
  • Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to contribute to team culture


Nice-to-Have Skills
  • 5+ Years' experience managing database IDs in MSSQL, Oracle; Sybase; DB2; Postgres; MySQL; Cassandra, and Mongo.
  • 5+ Years' experience managing database environments in AIX, Linux and Windows OS environments.
  • 5+ Years experience ID Provisioning to AIX ; Linux ; VIOS ; Solaris ; HMC ; ESXi OS environments
  • 5+ years in Identity Access Management Best practices
  • Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science or technical equivalent
  • Security Professional and Best Practices background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives.
  • Technical designations an asset (i.e. CISSP, Security+)
  • Spanish would be a strong asset.
