What you'll be doing

As part of the Transaction Banking team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our business effectiveness initiatives. As a Senior Analyst, Business Effectiveness, you'll build and manage the team SharePoint site, ensuring it serves as a reliable resource for information and collaboration. You'll act as a custodian for Sales and Service processes, partnering closely with representatives to maintain and update documents. Additionally, you'll serve as a central resource for all communication operations, helping to streamline information flow and support the day-to-day needs of the team. Your expertise will contribute to the team's operational excellence and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

How you'll succeed
  • SharePoint Management - Build, maintain, and optimize the team SharePoint site to enhance collaboration and information accessibility.
  • Process Documentation - Serve as the custodian for Sales and Service processes, ensuring all documentation is accurate, current, and easily accessible.
  • Communication Operations - Act as the central point of contact for communication operations, facilitating effective information flow within the team.
  • Collaboration - Partner with sales and service team representatives to support the upkeep and improvement of operational documents.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to enhance business effectiveness and recommend improvements to processes and tools.
  • Controls: Supports the team in ongoing control and compliance activities.
