Job Details

The Workforce Capacity Senior Analyst supports workforce planning, capacity management, operational reporting, and strategic workforce initiatives across pharmacy operations. This roleis responsible formaintainingworkforce models, analyzing operational data, developing reporting solutions, andprovidingactionable insights that support staffing and operational decision-making.

The Senior Analyst partners closely with Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Workforce Capacity Management leadership to ensure staffing plans, forecasting assumptions, and workforce analytics accurately support businessobjectives. This position combines analyticalexpertise, technical aptitude, and business acumen to improve workforce visibility, planning effectiveness, and operational performance.

Responsibilities

Workforce Planning & Capacity Analysis

  • Support workforce planning activities through development and maintenance of staffing models, forecasts, and capacity analyses.

  • Analyze staffing gaps, laborutilization, hiring plans, transfers, and workforce trends.

  • Assistwith monthly, quarterly, and annual workforce planning processes.

  • Validate workforce assumptions and ensure planning models accurately reflect operational needs.

  • Monitor staffing performance against budgeted and planned targets.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop,maintain, and automate recurring workforce and operational reporting.

  • Produce analyses thatidentifytrends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers.

  • Create dashboards, scorecards, and visualizations to support operational and leadership decision-making.

  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across workforce planning and reporting processes.

  • Support ad hoc reporting and analytical requests from operational leadership.

Process Improvement & Automation

  • Identifyopportunities to streamline reporting, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.

  • Develop andmaintainautomated reporting tools and analytical solutions.

  • Document processes, methodologies, and reporting standards.

  • Partner with technology and operational teams to improve access to workforce and operational data.

Strategic Project Support

  • Support workforce planning and analytical activities related to operational initiatives, growth strategies, patient conversions, and business transitions.

  • Assistwith project tracking, readiness assessments, staffing analyses, and implementation planning.

  • Provide analytical support for special projects and organizational priorities.

  • Coordinate data collection, validation, and reporting for cross-functional initiatives.

Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted analytical resource for Workforce Capacity Management and operational leadership.

  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

  • Collaborate effectively across departments to support workforce and operationalobjectives.

  • Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and responsiveness in support of business needs.

Education

  • Required: High school diploma/GED required.

  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Management, Information Systems, ora related field.

Experience

  • Required: 3+ years of experience in workforce planning, business analytics, operations analytics, reporting, or a related analytical role.

  • Preferred: Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or other reporting and visualization tools.

  • Preferred: Experience with automation and workflow tools such as Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar technologies.

  • Preferred: Experience in healthcare, pharmacy operations, call center operations, or other high-volume operational environments.

  • Preferred: Knowledge of workforce planning, forecasting, capacity management, or labor analytics, supporting operational or executive reporting processes.

Skills & Abilities

  • Advancedproficiencyin Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical/Mental Demands: This position is administrative in nature and will present physical demands requisite to a position requiring: hearing, seeing, sitting, standing, talking, and walking. Schedule: This is a full-time position with an expectation to work an average of 40 hours per week and be available outside of normal business hours to meet customer expectations on an ad-hoc basis. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.

This is a remote position.
