This opportunity resides with Warfare Systems (WS), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. Warfare Systems comprises cyber and mission IT; electronic warfare; and C5ISR systems.

Job Description

HII Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Security Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be supporting our team with various duties to include managing security databases and optimizing organization procedures for administrative efficiency and productivity.

This role is 100% onsite at the Springfield, VA location.

Level 2 salary range : $97,000 - $112,000

Level 3 salary range : $ 113,000 - $ 120,000

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for content management, configuring and customizing the directorate's SharePoint and Intranet sites.
  • Provide security database administration support to include account and report creation, maintenance of permissions, auditing, and troubleshooting on various systems to include SIMS, ePAR, and ServiceNow.
  • Track the on-boarding and off-boarding of personnel
  • Manage information within directorate folder structures
  • Capture notes, actions and meeting minutes
  • Manage calendars for supported customers and assigned resources (conference rooms)
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Draft, route and track correspondence packages
  • Draft communications for the directorate
  • Manage content and data entry on SharePoint and ServiceNow.
  • Document directorate policies, standard office procedures, action plans and processes
  • Track initiatives and report the status of directorate-level milestones
  • Support the development of executive briefs
  • Schedule and host periodic project status reviews
  • Coordinate and schedule directorate-sponsored seminars, red team reviews and staff meetings


Minimum Qualifications

Level 2 : 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.

Level 3 : 6 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 4 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 10 years relevant experience.

TS/SCI clearance required at time of hire. Ability and willingness to obtain poly.
