The Role: Security & IT ManagerWe're seeking a Security & IT Manager to develop and maintain Clark's technology infrastructure and ensure end-to-end security across all systems and processes. In this fully onsite position, you'll partner with leadership, engineering, and operations to safeguard our data, manage IT operations, and drive a culture of security as we scale.
What You'll Do- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive IT and security frameworks
- Oversee network, system, and endpoint security, ensuring best practices are followed
- Monitor and assess risks, deploying appropriate safeguards and controls
- Lead incident response and manage security breach investigations
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards
- Provide IT support and hands-on troubleshooting for hardware and software issues
- Manage vendors and evaluate new technologies
- Educate and train Clark team members on security policies and IT protocols
- Report on IT and security posture to company leadership
Who You Are- 3+ years of experience in IT management, security, or a related field, preferably in technology or SaaS
- Deep knowledge of security best practices, frameworks, and tools (e.g., SOC2, ISO 27001, cybersecurity principles)
- Strong technical skills across operating systems, networking, and cloud platforms
- Excellent communicator, able to explain complex technical matters with clarity
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, fully onsite environment
- Demonstrates strong ownership and accountability
Bonus- Experience in high-growth startups or enterprise technology environments
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance landscapes impacting AI and SaaS
- Possession of security/IT certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+)
