Help extend the influence of some of the most iconic media brands by turning recognition into revenue. In this role, you'll drive strategic partnerships that amplify the impact of Hearst's most celebrated accolades.

Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)
  • Drive revenue by monetizing logos, award emblems, and accolade-related content across Hearst brands
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective licensing partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by monitoring market trends and uncovering whitespace
  • Track RSS feeds and editorial outputs to identify timely, sellable licensing opportunities
  • Develop deep expertise in your sales vertical, including market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with editorial, marketing, sales, and legal teams to execute licensing initiatives
  • Manage licensing agreements, including drafting, modifying, and processing contracts and invoices
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, including leads, renewals, and transactions, while ensuring efficient execution

  • This role is based in New York, NY with a hybrid schedule (4 days per week in-office)

Compensation & EEO
The base salary for this role is $88,000-$100,000. This role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
