Qualifications

• 1 year of prior sales experience required
• Preferred college degree in business, management, or operations
• Strong communication skills for effective resident and staff interaction
• Ability to implement and maintain outreach programs
• Proficient in documenting sales activities and maintaining occupancy goals
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Assure community awareness through outreach programs to referral sources
• Develop and execute lead events as per schedule
• Perform initial and follow-up contact with potential customers
• Maintain budgeted occupancy goals and document sales activities
• Fulfill additional roles as needed, including Manager-On-Duty duties
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines
