Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

Trillium is seeking an organized and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead multi-channel campaigns across our taprooms, restaurants, e-commerce, and wholesale operations. Acting as the central project lead for the marketing department, this role translates broad company strategies into well-orchestrated promotional rollouts, guest retention initiatives, and cohesive brand experiences. The Marketing Manager directly supervises the Social Media & Content Specialist, keeping marketing operations on schedule and aligned with brand standards.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Strategic Execution & Team Leadership
  • Campaign Management: Build, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing plans for targeted sales and hospitality initiatives.
  • Team Supervision: Direct and coach the Social Media & Content Specialist, reviewing content calendars, publishing cadences, and creative output to align with campaign goals.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure unified brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all physical venues and digital touchpoints.
  • PR & Media Relations: Serve as the primary contact for press inquiries, pitching stories and product launches, coordinating interviews and media visits, and tracking coverage to support brand awareness and campaign goals.
Multi-Channel Retail & Merchandising Support
  • Merchandise & Product Releases: Coordinate launch plans for merchandise and new product drops, including visual presentation decks, inventory support, and display standards across physical and digital retail channels.
  • Collateral & Operations: Manage the creation and distribution of venue/restaurant materials (e.g., service guides, campaign briefings, sell sheets) and wholesale sales enablement tools (sell sheets, POS assets, digital toolkits).
Digital Presence, E-commerce & Guest Retention
  • Loyalty & Email Marketing: Oversee day-to-day operations for customer loyalty platforms and manage scheduled email marketing campaigns from layout to deployment.
  • E-Commerce: Create and execute a sales plan for achieving e-commerce sales budget for beer, spirits, RTDs, and merchandise
  • Guest Retention: Deploy guest feedback capture and surveys as directed to collect customer data and report guest satisfaction metrics back to the hospitality team for operational impact.
  • Digital Maintenance: Partner with internal teams on website updates, menu listings, and digital advertising opportunities while managing multi-location Google Business profiles and local SEO accuracy.
Analytics & Insights
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on email, loyalty, website, survey, and campaign metrics to leadership.
  • Optimization: Use data insights to refine tactical planning, communication strategies, and operational performance across future campaigns.

Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 per year
