Full Job Description
Job Summary:

The Revenue Enablement Lead, Professional Services is a strategic partner to the Professional Services organization, responsible for designing, developing, and executing enablement programs that support our Solutions Deployment Managers (SDMs), Technical Deployment Managers (TDMs), Project Managers, and Advisors. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented individual who can drive projects to completion and serve as a critical liaison between the Professional Services team and the broader business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Program Development: Design and deliver comprehensive enablement

programs, including onboarding for new hires and ongoing training for the entire

Professional Services team. This includes creating training on technical skills, product

knowledge, and communication strategies.
  • Proactive Planning and Execution: Utilize a backward-planning approach to anticipate

future enablement needs and ensure training is ready well in advance of product

launches or process changes. This role is responsible for driving initiatives to completion

and preventing historical issues with projects stalling.
  • Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact between the

Professional Services team and other departments, including Product, Marketing, and

Revenue Operations. Ensure the Professional Services team is kept informed of any

business changes that may impact their work and effectively communicate the team's

needs to other groups.
  • Content and Resource Management: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs)

to transform their knowledge into structured, digestible training materials. Work closely

with internal stakeholders to ensure all internal documentation, forms, and processes are

up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Facilitation and Communication: Act as an exceptional facilitator, leading training

sessions and workshops with passion and clarity. Establish a weekly communication

cadence with Professional Services leadership to provide project updates and discuss

upcoming initiatives. Maintain a project management dashboard to ensure visibility and

accountability for all ongoing projects.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3+ years in an enablement or learning and development role, preferably

with a focus on technical or post-sales teams.

Skills:

  • Exceptional Communication & Facilitation: Proven ability to communicate

complex topics clearly and facilitate engaging training sessions.
  • High Proactivity: A self-starter who anticipates needs and drives projects

forward without constant direction.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a methodical approach to

project management and planning.
  • Traits: A passion for enabling others, a collaborative spirit, and a demonstrated ability to get things across the finish line. Must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
