Department: Telemetry

Schedule: Day shift | Full-time

Salary range: $39.75 - 56.11 per hour

How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Provides expert bedside care for patients requiring continuous telemetry surveillance, utilizing advanced clinical judgment to interpret rhythms, identify acute changes in condition, and initiate life-saving interventions.
  • Acts as the primary clinical navigator, synchronizing physician orders and specialized therapies to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan from admission through discharge.
  • Implements complex care protocols with meticulous attention to detail, maintaining high safety standards in medication administration and patient documentation while serving as a dedicated advocate for patient needs.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • Registered Nurse credentialed from the Illinois Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.


Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
