How you'll make an impact in this role- Deliver high-quality, compassionate direct patient care across diverse specialty units in adherence to all established organizational protocols.
- Implement and continuously monitor patient care plans, ensuring the accurate and timely execution of physician and nursing orders.
- Coordinate all aspects of a patient's journey by serving as the central link for communication and assessment among all disciplines within the healthcare team.
- Communicate and meticulously record all patient conditions, observations, and interventions to ensure a seamless, well-coordinated care plan.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
What additional preferences we're seekingRN with 2 years current experience in ICU. Must have knowledge/experience in all aspects of Critical Care (medical, surgical, cardiac, neuro).
