About the Role:

Hims & Hers is seeking a strategic, results-driven Regional Learning Manager (West Region) to lead learning and development across our Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations. Reporting to the Director of Learning & Development, this role leads learning strategy and execution at scale - owning a regional portfolio of sites, building and developing a high-performing learning team, and driving network-wide programs and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in regulated pharmaceutical or healthcare environments, a strong track record of leading learning teams across multiple locations, and the operational savvy to translate business priorities into measurable learning outcomes.

You Will:
  • Develop and implement learning strategies aligned to business objectives across Dispense & Fulfillment, Compounding, and Diagnostics operations, reporting progress to the Director of Learning.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals, fostering a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Ensure all training programs comply with relevant regulatory requirements including FDA, state boards of pharmacy, and applicable USP standards - partnering with Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Pharmacy SMEs to translate compliance requirements into effective training.
  • Partner with senior leadership, Quality, Regulatory Compliance, and Operations to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning solutions.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of blended learning programs that drive operational performance, compliance, and safety outcomes.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives including learning kaizens, new program design and launch, and LMS projects that enhance training quality and consistency across the network.
  • Support the development and delivery of leadership and professional development programs that build capability and grow talent.
  • Develop and track KPIs to measure learning effectiveness and business impact, reporting outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Manage learning budgets and resource allocation to maximize impact and demonstrate ROI.
  • Travel to sites as needed to support network priorities, program launches, and continuous improvement initiatives.


You Have:
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Active CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) certification required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in learning and development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams across multiple locations.
  • Proven experience developing and implementing learning strategies that drive measurable business results in regulated environments.
  • Experience leading learning initiatives in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution/fulfillment operations.
  • Demonstrated understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards as they relate to training and competency assessment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to align learning initiatives to operational priorities and demonstrate ROI.
  • Demonstrated change management, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
  • Superior communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.


Preferred:
  • Experience in 503a or 503b compounding pharmacy environments, including sterile compounding and aseptic technique training.
  • Knowledge of USP , , and standards and associated training requirements.
  • Experience leading learning initiatives during periods of rapid growth, new facility launches, or organizational change.
  • Proficiency with enterprise LMS platforms.
  • Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Proficiency with program and project management tools such as Asana, Google Suite, or similar platforms to manage complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
  • Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs.
