Role Overview:Seeking an experienced Quality Engineering (QE) Lead with strong expertise in manual testing, test strategy, defect management, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership for enterprise applications.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage QA activities across multiple projects and releases.
- Define test strategy, test plans, estimation, and quality metrics.
- Review test cases, test execution results, and defect reports.
- Coordinate with business, development, and support teams for successful releases.
- Mentor QA team members and drive continuous quality improvements.
- Provide status reporting, risk assessment, and release sign-off.
Required Skills:- Manual Testing, STLC, SDLC, and Quality Assurance processes
- Test Planning, Test Strategy, Test Case Review, and Estimation
- Defect Management using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM
- Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT Testing
- SQL for validation and analysis
- Agile/Scrum project delivery experience
- Team Leadership and Stakeholder Management
Qualifications:- 6-8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering roles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Robotics Automation, MySQL, Automated QA - TestComplete, and ASP.NET 4.5
Preferred Skills:- Retail/E-commerce domain experience
- API Testing exposure using Postman
- Knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or similar
- Experience with Release and Test Environment Management
