Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in manual testing and quality assurance processes
• Proficiency in test planning, strategy, and case review
• Skilled in defect management using tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps
• Expertise in various testing types: functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT
• Experience with SQL for data validation and analysis
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities across multiple projects and releases
• Define and implement test strategy and quality metrics
• Review test cases and defect reports for accuracy
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure successful releases
• Mentor team members to foster continuous quality improvements
• Report status, assess risks, and sign off on releases
