Role Overview:This role is for a Senior Technical Program Manager specializing in Data Migration, responsible for leading comprehensive data migration programs from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end data migration programs across legacy and target platforms, ensuring secure, accurate, and timely data transfer.
- Define migration strategy, plans, governance, cutover approach, validation checkpoints, and stakeholder reporting.
- Establish data accuracy controls including source-to-target mapping, record count validation, reconciliation, exception tracking, approval workflows, and audit evidence capture.
- Partner with business, technology, audit, compliance, and data teams to ensure SOX controls are embedded throughout the migration lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with change management, access control, segregation of duties, logging, and documentation requirements.
- Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and executive communication while minimizing business disruption.
