Job PurposeAs a Project Manager within Capital Project Delivery, you will lead a portfolio of electric distribution infrastructure projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You'll play a key role in supporting operational objectives, customer commitments, and the continued modernization of the electric grid. This is a hybrid role open to any Massachusettes location.
Key Accountabilities- Manage a portfolio of capital projects from initiation through construction and closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and provide monthly schedule updates.
- Identify project risks and issues early and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Monitor, forecast, and report project budgets, financial performance, and milestones.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Support project closeout activities, including financial reconciliation and customer-related project requirements.
QualificationsRequired- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently solve problems and exercise sound judgment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel throughout the service territory.
Preferred- Project management experience.
- Experience using Primavera P6 scheduling software.
- Experience managing capital or infrastructure-related projects.

Salary$109,000 - $128,000 a yearNational Grid will not be providing visa sponsorship for this position now or in the future. You must have the ability to work without a need for current or future visa sponsorship.
