Job DescriptionROLE PURPOSECoordinate end-to-end delivery of Edge IT Platform activities across assigned markets and sites - qualified demand, deployment readiness, disciplined execution, stakeholder alignment, complete documentation and structured handover to run teams.
͏KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Coordinate deployment plans, milestones, readiness checks, implementation windows and cross-team dependencies.
- Gather and clarify market/site demand; maintain assumptions, decisions, risk and action logs.
- Align daily activity across site contacts, Market FRMs, platform teams, MSPs, Field Services, OEMs and suppliers.
- Track site access, facilities prerequisites, local constraints, asset/CMDB updates and lifecycle activities.
- Prepare status reports, meeting actions, escalation notes and governance evidence with owners and due dates. Perform routine inspections and log readings.
- Coordinate testing, closure evidence, runbooks, monitoring confirmation and handover to support teams.
- Support audit, compliance, DRP/failover and continuous-improvement actions under retained governance.
- Identify and Support Preventive maintenance activities, engage vendors, Support and supervise third-party technicians during service activities and ensure job executed as per compliance requirement
- Support Capacity & Infrastructure Activities - Assist in rack setup, power provisioning, and cable management.
͏EXPERIENCE & CAPABILITIES- Coordinating infrastructure, network, workplace technology or IT platform deployments in a global managed-services environment.
- Strong planning, follow-up and documentation discipline across ITSM/change processes, schedules and evidence packs.
- Practical vendor/MSP/OEM coordination across multiple sites, stakeholders and dependencies.
- Working understanding of LAN/WLAN, WAN/SD-WAN, cloud connectivity, UC, asset lifecycle and CMDB.
- Identifies delivery, compliance and operational risks; escalates architecture, security, budget or policy decisions.
- Clear communication with technical and management stakeholders; English fluency plus local language.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS(ATLEAST ONE)Technical coordinator • ITIL Foundation • ServiceNow or comparable ITSM • IT Infrastructure - including LAN, WIFI, Networking, Storage and Compute, Cisco, Aruba and cloud infrastructure fundamentals (Not Expert but a Generalist)

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
