Program Manager

Location: Remote, United States

At Majesco, transformation isn't theory - it's execution. As Program Manager, Services, you will lead the execution of SaaS implementation programs that redefine how insurance technology is delivered and sustained. This is a hands-on player / coach leadership role for an experienced delivery manager who can directly own major client outcomes while also supporting delivery execution across a lean implementation team.

You will oversee project management execution for SaaS software implementations from kickoff through go-live, with accountability for delivery timelines, margin performance, quality, production readiness, and client satisfaction. In addition to managing the team and delivery outcomes, you will personally lead at least one strategic customer implementation, with direct financial accountability and an expected utilization target.

This role is part of the services leadership team within the business unit and partners closely with Development Leads, Architects, Product Owners, QA, PMO, Sales, and Client Partners to strengthen execution, modernize delivery practices, and support the evolution of Majesco's next-generation insurance technology platform and operating model. Occasional travel within the United States and Canada is expected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end execution of a portfolio of active SaaS implementations, ensuring commitments on timeline, scope, quality, margin, and go-live readiness are achieved.
  • Operate in a player / coach capacity by directly leading at least one major customer implementation while coaching and supporting project managers across delivery engagements.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for project management execution, reinforcing accountability and consistent delivery practices.
  • Stay actively engaged in delivery plans, estimates, risks, dependencies, financials, and stakeholder alignment, intervening early when delivery outcomes drift.
  • Oversee financial governance across implementations, including forecasting, margin management, staffing alignment, utilization, and delivery transparency.
  • Partner with Development Leads, Architects, Product Owners, and QA teams to drive coordinated execution across delivery, product, and engineering functions.
  • Drive AI adoption across the implementation lifecycle, including planning, execution, reporting, quality improvement, knowledge reuse, and delivery acceleration.
  • Partner with the PMO and business leadership to strengthen implementation delivery standards, governance, templates, and operational consistency.
  • Improve delivery consistency through scalable implementation processes, operating rhythms, governance standards, and implementation best practices.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Client Partner teams to support client growth opportunities, strengthen delivery positioning, and improve continuity from sales through implementation.
  • Partner directly with client stakeholders and steering committees to align delivery outcomes with business priorities and measurable value realization.

What Success Looks Like In the first 6-12 months, success in this role means:
  • SaaS implementations deliver more consistently against committed timelines, quality targets, go-live readiness, and margin expectations.
  • Project management execution demonstrates stronger ownership, improved predictability, and stronger execution discipline.
  • Delivery teams adopt more standardized implementation governance, templates, and scalable operating practices aligned to the broader Majesco delivery model.
  • AI-enabled delivery practices improve implementation speed, delivery quality, visibility, and team productivity.

What You Bring
  • 8-10+ years of experience delivering enterprise software or SaaS implementations for insurance or financial services organizations.
  • Proven success leading complex software implementation programs across cross-functional and multi-vendor teams.
  • Understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations and technology delivery.
  • Demonstrated success operating in a player / coach model, balancing direct client delivery ownership with team leadership and mentoring.
  • Experience leading project management delivery efforts within a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, financial oversight, and operational execution.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies, Jira, NetSuite, modern delivery tools, and practical application of AI in implementation delivery.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively with both executive stakeholders and day-to-day delivery teams.

This is not a maintenance leadership role. It is a hands-on opportunity to lead complex SaaS implementations, improve delivery operations, and help shape the future of insurance technology delivery at scale. In this role, you will influence how Majesco implementations operate today while helping build the delivery model that supports the next generation of our products and client experience.

As a member of a rapidly growing and dynamic organization, the successful candidate must be flexible and willing to take on new tasks and responsibilities as business needs evolve. The company reserves the right to vary, change, or update job duties and responsibilities based on business requirements. This role may require shifting priorities, learning new technologies, and contributing to projects outside of the initial scope.
