About the job Google is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Supply Chain Program Manager to support the readiness and execution of our Supplier Enablement strategy. As a critical member of the Equipment Supply Chain organization, you will drive the operational execution of supplier lifecycle management, compliance, and performance tracking. In this role, you will act as a key operational partner between Google and its suppliers, ensuring efficient onboarding, data integrity, and seamless contract execution. You will leverage knowledge in sourcing operations to maintain processes that ensure our supply base is compliant, performant, and scalable to meet Google's ambitious data center build-out goals. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Serve as the primary supply chain liaison with suppliers, managing production schedules and commitments against project delivery requirements.
  • Develop supply chain map for each product, detailing suppliers, procurement models, lead times, logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment, and spares strategies.
  • Work closely with Engineering, Planning, and Category Managers to deliver equipment and drive initiatives and process improvements to grow the team's scale and capability.
